RetailEdge maintenance releases are regularly posted on our update server and are available for customers on a Silver Updates or Gold Support plan.  RetailEdge will automatically notify you that an update is available.  If you are on a plan, you can get updates for RetailEdge by:

 

1.Quitting out of RetailEdge.

 

2.Right Clicking the Desktop Icon, and choosing Run as administrator.

 

3.In RetailEdge, Choosing Program Updates from the Help menu and following the prompts.  

 

Updates should only take a few minutes and you should be prepared to update all workstations in a location at the same time.
