Inventory > The Inventory Manager > Multi selecting Items in the Inventory Manager

If you want to select more than one record in the Inventory Manager you can either:

Selecting a Group of Items

1.	Select the first item you want with your mouse.

2.	Press the Shift key down and hold it down.

3.	Select the last item in the group with your mouse. All records in between the first and second record selected will be highlighted.

Selecting Individual Items

1.	Select the first item you want with your mouse.

2.	Press the Ctrl key down and hold it down.

3.	Select the next item with your mouse.

4.	Continue selecting items until you have finished selecting all of the items you want.

You can also select items this way using the keyboard only using the up and down Directional keys (áâ) to move the cursor to the selected record and then pressing the Space bar to select the record.
