If you are adding items to receiving that already exist in your inventory, RetailEdge will automatically display the Quantity tab information when you press the Enter key after typing in the Stock Number or Item Number.  This will allow you to more quickly enter the quantity being received.  If you are scanning in a barcode of existing item, you most likely will not have to press the enter key as most scanners are programmed to press the enter key automatically after scanning a barcode.
