Installing RetailEdge at a Remote Location

RetailEdge is designed to be able to run from anywhere you have access to your store's main data (internet, trade shows, home, etc.). To setup a workstation on a home machine for instance, simply:
| 1. | Make sure that your store's data is accessible to the internet. |
| 2. | Install RetailEdge on your home computer as if you were installing a client workstation. |
| 3. | Connect your home computer to the Internet. |
| 4. | Change your Server Connection by choosing Server Connection from the Tools|Settings menu item. |
RetailEdge's remote performance is highly dependent on the speed of your internet connection.
