Getting Help with RetailEdge from the Help Menu

Here at RetailEdge we want you to get you the support you need, when you need it, as quickly as you need it. Within the RetailEdge POS application, located at the top of the main form is a Help Menu that will give you quick access to a list of help resources.

These include:

  1. Submit Support Request. If you have a quick suggestion or need help that can wait on an email response. This is a good option.
  2. Send File to Support. This can be a good option for sending backups or import templates that you might need help with.
  3. Online Manual. RetailEdge’s online help manual will give you quick “How do I” on most topics.
  4. Downloadable Templates. Access to Downloadable templates for Importing and Custom Receipts
  5. Customer Support Options. A list of technical support options and times.
  6. Training Videos. Great for watching or listening to when you have some down time.
