Below is our 2026 holiday schedule. We generally observe the U.S. federal holiday calendar, except where noted. Our Sales offices will be closed on the holidays listed.
In addition, our offices will be closed on Black Friday—the day after Thanksgiving—so our team can focus on supporting retail businesses during one of the busiest shopping periods of the year. Sales Emergency Support will be available to all customers on Black Friday.
During holiday and office closures, we provide technical support for sales emergencies only to RetailEdge users with an active paid Gold Level Service Plan. The Sales Department is closed for all listed holidays.

Friday November 27th – Black Friday- Our offices will be closed on Black Friday, however we will be monitoring calls and will be available for sales emergencies. Sales emergency support will be available for ALL customers this day.
Friday December 25th – Christmas Day
Friday January 1st (2027) – New Years Day
