Unless indicated otherwise our sales offices will be closed on these days, but since our customers are retail businesses we will be providing technical support for sales emergencies only for RetailEdge users on a paid Gold Level Service Plan. The Sales Department will be closed.

Monday January 19th – Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Monday February 16th – President’s Day

Monday May 25th – Memorial Day

Friday June 19th – Juneteenth

Friday July 3rd – Independence Day (Observed)

Monday September 7th – Labor Day

Monday October 12th – Indigenous Peoples’ Day (also observed as Columbus Day)

Wednesday November 11th – Veterans Day

Thursday November 26th – Thanksgiving Day

Friday November 27th – Black Friday- Our offices will be closed on Black Friday, however we will be monitoring calls and will be available for sales emergencies. Sales emergency support will be available for ALL customers this day.

Friday December 25th – Christmas Day

Friday January 1st (2027) – New Years Day
